Psychological wellness refers to our satisfaction with our emotional life. It encompasses our values and our ability to act authentically and practically. We are emotionally and psychologically well when we can cope effectively with life.

Spiritual

One’s financial well-being is determined by their satisfaction with their financial / economic situation. Indicators include whether or not one has the financial means, or money, to purchase basic necessities like food, water, shelter, clothes, and healthcare.

So many options. Where should I start?

The key to improving overall wellness and living a healthful and satisfying life is simply to START. Rather than letting your health overwhelm you, consider pursuing just one of the seven domains of wellness. Which area interests you the most? There is no right or wrong place for you to start, as long as you START. You will thank yourself in the long run. 

Is one service better than the other?

Each service offered tends to a different domain of wellness. Some services help to improve multiple domains at once while others focus on one at a time. In time however, you will find that each domain is so interconnected that regardless of the service you choose, improving wellness in one area directly influences overall wellness in other areas.
